Outrage

“THREE-MILLION, SIX-HUNDRED THOUSAND THREE-HUNDRED AND EIGHT ballots were cast in the last election AND NEVER COUNTED: “spoiled” ballots, “provisional” ballots and “deficient” absentee ballots.
